Approach
How a mandate
actually runs.
Four stages. Usually eight to twenty weeks from first meeting to signed terms.
01
Weeks 1–2
Introduction & scope
A private first conversation about what you need and what you already have. We turn down more files than we take.
02
Weeks 2–6
Diligence & verification
Checks on both sides: ownership, accounts, sanctions screening, source of funds and whether the operation can deliver.
03
Weeks 5–12
Structuring & introduction
We shape the deal and bring checked counterparties to the table. You get a managed process, not a contact list.
04
Ongoing
Execution & stewardship
Terms signed, money moved, first shipments out. Then we stay on for governance, reporting and whatever comes next.
Every file goes through compliance, sanctions and source-of-funds checks before we introduce anyone.
